What should I do if the chart isn’t loading in MetaTrader 4/5? How can I fix the history and get the chart to display correctly?

1. Go to the working directory of the terminal (File - Open Data Folder);

2. Turn off the trading terminal where you need to correct the history;

3. Go to the History folder of the working directory;

4. Then go to the folder of the needed server where the history should be corrected

5. Delete all the contents of the folder or all the files which begin with EURUSD*. All the files should be deleted, in case charts for other instruments are also displayed incorrectly (do not delete the folder itself);

6. Launch the terminal;

7. Choose the necessary timeframe of the required chart;

8. If the history has not been updated automatically, make a right-click on the chart and choose "Update".
