1. Check the "Journal" tab:


- Is AutoTrading enabled?

- Are there any errors in the log when the Expert Advisor attempts to open a trade?


2. Check your account connection and whether AutoTrading is enabled or disabled.


3. Check the Expert Advisor settings.


- Is the Expert Advisor set to the correct timeframe (e.g., the Expert Advisor is designed to work only on H1);

- Minimum trade volume


4. If, after all these checks, the Expert Advisor still doesn't trade, you should contact the Expert Advisor developer.
