How to withdraw funds from the account via the mobile app

1. Go to More > Accounts > Manage accounts.

2. Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from and tap Withdraw.

3. Choose the withdrawal method and tap Confirm.

4. Fill in the bank details, such as IBAN, bank code (SWIFT/BIC), bank name, bank address, beneficiary’s full name, and beneficiary’s address. You can also optionally specify a correspondent bank.

5. Tap Continue.

6. Enter the withdrawal amount and tap Proceed to confirmation.

7. Review all payment and bank details and tap Confirm.

8. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is already enabled: Enter the 2FA code sent to the phone number linked to your profile. If 2FA is not enabled: First, activate 2FA. You won’t be able to complete a withdrawal without it.

9. You will see a message: “We have processed your withdrawal request. The amount will be credited within 3–5 working days.”
